I stumbled on a vintage flower truck outside a supermarket north of Seattle, and had to paint it. But, of course, I switched to flowers to be a little bit more tropical and vibrant. It's a simple yet meaningful memory that reminds me how beautiful vignettes can appear in mundane places, and to always bloom where you are planted.
